Chatty and chubby northerner with adequate strength. Took 90 minutes due to bad body ache to loosen up the muscles. Price wise standard. $50 per hour. One purple note for extra.

Shop front not well lit. Looks almost like deserted. No shower facility but I guess you can ask to use of really want to. However, maintain noise discipline because the unit is shared but physically separated by a full dry wall.
