At the Grab pickup point next to the taxi bay. Wait there for the shuttle. Schedule is hourly on weekends and 2 hour intervals on weekdays.

Hi all.

Any bros can enlighten me on the operating hours for the VIP SPA? Went on sat, 20th about 4+pm, signage says closed, abit disappointed.. Or only regulars can enter?

That's not the real reason lah. Even if the MIB comes they still will open to "welcome" them..... but by then they early warning system oredi kicked in and the MIBs probably will not find anything amiss.

The main reason why they prefer Chinese is communication. Most of the captains speak only Chinese and very poor Melayu or English and most of the girls understand only Vietnamese and Chinese. So to prevent misunderstandings only those that speak Chinese are let in. I have seen Chinese speaking Indian guys at the spa.

If you are non Chinese but can speak Chinese..... next time stand at the locked glass door and call the counter with your phone and then use Chinese to speak with the counter guy. He will unlock the door for you once assured that you can converse in Chinese.

Please be clear the shuttle bus goes to the Grand Sentosa hotel and not to VIP Spa. You need to get down at the hotel and walk to the spa.

One Ah Pek was heard telling the driver to bring him to VIP spa today..... lol
