You are right. I Thot she is happy with $3K and hopefully get more from a SD. So she is using the highest offer and then try to Nego with another for even higher offer. Lol

I would not let this happen. I would just make an offer to the SB (higher than her min). And she either get back to me within 24 hours or no need to come back. Same as when I buy condo apartment.

Well if you eventually do meet her, she might not be after the highest offer as what she shared because she's into this so she gets to choose, or else she could have gone into FL and just take in multiple partners at a fixed rate which would probably net her even more money. So i think offering her what u think is the best u will after interacting with her should suffice.
