Windy is located at Liberty 1 hotel. When you want to go must tell the driver Liberty 1 hotel. This is because Liberty Hotel has a total of 7 properties. Liberty 1 - 6 adn Metropole Hotel. The main address of the Liberty 1 is

167 Hai Ba Trung Street, District 3, (Corner of Hai Ba Trung St and Nguyen Dinh Chieu St)

The entrance to Windy is located on Nguyen Dinh Chieu St and the disco is located in the basement. If you are claustrophobic, dont go because it has low celing making the room look small.

Based on info from a very reliable and trust worhty source, the following clubs have had their licenses revoked and shut down:

X-Club (Nguyen Cu Trinh St)
Club OV (Equatorial Hotel)
Club Palace (Palace Hotel)

So if you had bottles of alcohol kept there, I think you say bye bye to them.

I think its time to find new "places of Interest"
