And yes, recalcitrants should simply be dropped, no two ways about it. Or at most, one more session to "confirm things".

Not sure about you guys but Aini service is really nothing to shout about.

But she is really different from the rest:

1. She is super SYT
2. Her price still stay the same from 5 years ago
3. She is super organised
4. She was taught well on so many little things like time management, bookings management, being attentive to customer, etc
And she continue to deliver these small but important things
5. She has quite a good memory
6. She doesn’t play games, or at least not to me
