Photoshop elements is a scaled down version of photoshop and probably does not have the "heal" feature.

However, there is an alternative to the heal tool that works almost as well with a bit of practise. Use the "clone" tool to sample the skin texture close to blemishes that you wish to remove and then use it to zap away pimples on your girl's bum. It works better than Oxy10.

If you are unsure of how to use the clone tool, just go to the adobe website. There are tutorials galore regarding how to master all the features in photoshop.

Eg : Heal tool http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/movie_nf2.html

You need to play around with the clone tool parameters a bit. You're using too high a setting for opacity and you're also sampling from skin areas which are a totally different colour from the areas that you're removing the pimples from.

I've attempted a quick repair job using the clone tool but it's nothing like doing it right the first time.

If you can, you should get a copy of photoshop CS. The heal tool can do wonders for any image... like this one....
