Yes, she might have some shortcomings in the timing arrangement but it would be unfair to attribute all the blames on her if you look at the circumstances surrounding it. There's occassions where bros who arranged slots with her (2 cases ytd) fly her aeroplanes! And they were regulars somemore! And with the empty slot(s), she will try not to waste it by calling up bros who failed to fix an with her prior to go down, n hence,
the sometimes rush n uncertain timeslot arrangement from her.

Moreover, there were also times when bro who had an appt failed to turn up on time. Xiao He does not fault such delay, she will still complete the 1 or 2 hour slot arranged for and all it needs is for 1 delay to screw up the rest of the timeslot for the day.

Yes, the food at the hawker is nice, very nice to be exact, but the stall owner does not sell her food by getting customers to queue outside her stall, orders are placed through pre-order phone bookings. Customers are not restricted to stand in queue and wait and neither could the stall owner grab hold of the customers when the food is ready. All orders are placed through mutual trust understanding that orders placed would be fulfilled. Genuine customers who really want to taste the food will wait for their order while there will be customers who ordered and don't turn up to collect due to whatever reasons they might have.
