Just my 1 cent worth of thoughts, maybe those who drive will understand this scenerio better. For this particular accident, though i agree the driver is at fault, but the deceased does not worth any sympathy too. For brothers who have drive pass that area, i believe you have encounter those PRC girls just cross or run across the road as if the road is own by them, their mother or even father! if not wrong it was mentioned in the news that she was seen speaking on her hp....some cities are already starting to implement laws against speaking on phone while crossing road.....honestly was the guy judgement so badly impaired that the accident was a case of his drinking...you can only fault him for failing to assist in a accident and running off but hell how many of you dare say you can maintain your composure after knocking someone down...
