I was walking down towards sayuri when I reached the bridge and saw a lot of happening there. I waited for a while to get dark and all the happenings came real thick and fast. The parade was on! After I followed the parade I guess the wasn't time to go to sayuri.
On my walk back I saw the foxy lady just behind Le meridian. Will go and check it out later. It looks kinda grotty from the outside! I dun know how much further over the bridge I gotta go to reach the ktv places.

CNX is not like Bkk. Either you stay at the vice area or you stay at the nightlife area. For vice area, you can choose to stay some where at the night bazzar.
The location will be Changklan. You can either ask Tim for his help or can book thru agoda.

For nightlife area you can try to stay at nimanhemin area. There's 3 famous discos and there's many cafés to hang out during day time here. A

I'm back in sgp. Had a good time with the parade last night. Didn't have a chance to taste the delights that cnx had to offer.

If you plan to buy for rental purpose and long term investment instead of speculating to sell within 1-2 years, I think price in CM is still ok to invest. Property crash may drop 20-30% within 5 years period if it happen, but on the up side can goes 50-200% for long term say 10 years or more......beside, during this 10 years we can still rent it out for 5-6% yield so we can get back 50-60% to recover if any property crash happen.

SGD 80-100k (2-2.5 million baht) for a 45sqm fully furnished condo(with bed, cupboard, dressing table, sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs, kitchen, cooking appliance, 2 aircon, curtain move in condition) together with pool, gym, security, parking facility etc.....how much u expect to drop if any crisis happen?

Referring to Chiangmai only.....Bangkok sure over price for double of CM price.

Phuket over supply of condo just like bkk, but price in Phuket still lower than bkk but the rip off living standard put off a lot of foreigner moving to isan and northern part of Thailand. More Chinese moving in to buy condo in CM also another reason to prolong the property bubble as they have a bigger bubble back home.

Bought around 50k/sqm in a project few months back and TOP next year end, price now around 60k/sqm and is 95% sold. Think location of the condo is still the main reason for demand.

so... I walked out.... and saw a few fl seating at the entrance... as I had bought my tiffin in the hotel... didn't bother to ask

Yes I agree that must at least hold the property for 5 years or more after TOP.

With the weak THB now it's the best time to buy Thai property!
