Singapore doctors are really experienced, during my first visit I asked for high and tight cut. it is good and also pleasing look with different skin tone, initially stretching feeling but eventually the inner foreskin will accommodate the erection length.

Day 11:
With stitches removed on day 8. Recovery is about 78% now. Shower normally with no pain. New skin feels abit tender to the touch. Not trying anything funny still although i think its possible.

Resuming my weekly jogging end of these week.

To all bros who 'made the cut' recently, just wanna know how did you initiate the overall medical process? Do you start by going to a GP to get the appointment for the surgery? Any idea of the difference between waiting time from your consultation to actual surgery for private vs public hospital? And my understanding is that cost varies depending on the complexity of the surgical process?

Sorry bro for late reply. Let me try to answer your queries one by one.

1) You can go to polyclinic/gp, both would be fine. However some doctors are against it and will discourage you, some will encourage you. Use discretion.

The fastest way would be to go straight to one of the doctor's the bros on this thread have mentioned. They would just assess you on the spot instead of needing a referral. Do take a look through the thread for contact details and names.

2) Cost should be fairly standard. If you do it by laser at some of the specialist's clinics privately, it can be about 1k to 1.2k. Some can use medisave, some cannot. Ask first. Public hospital will be cheaper of course, but waiting time can be quite a few weeks to months, depending which hospital you go to. All depends on your budget.

If you can opt for it, I would highly recommend laser cut. In my experience, very clean cut, not more than a few drops of blood, and good result. My doctor gave me a high and tight cut which I am more than happy with. Good luck!

Just wondering how is "high and tight" compared with "low and tight".
Any bros care to explain in details?

High and tight means the scar line is placed higher up the shaft, further away from the dick head, more outer foreskin is cut away... low and tight the scar is placed nearer to the head- meaning more of the inner foreskin is cut away instead.

the 'tight' portion refers to the skin being cut enough such that the dick head will always be exposed even when ur soft. Recommended don't go for loose as it's little difference from not being circ.

Advantage of high and tight is more inner foreskin retained, so perhaps more sensitivity retained. Disadvantage is the possibility of a 'unnatural' 2 toned look if the colour of your inner foreskin and outer foreskin is too different. Hence low and tight may be more cosmetically pleasing if you want to go for a more natural look

using forum bro's format I 'll share my experience as well :

Cost: 1.2k+, laser/LA

Pain meter (PMR) : 1-10, 10 being excruciating pain, 1 being almost nothing.

Thu 1 Aug - Day 1 (pain meter: 6-7
overall)
Walk in to to clinic , reception said today full, only consultation avaliable. disappointed. during the consultation the doctor said my case is special (phimosis) fore skin competely cannot retract, he need to cut a opening to see if there is any infection underneath . if there is CC cannot be done on the same day, need to clean up the infection. After hearing, very depressed, I wanted to get it done within the day. The doctor then told me he can slot me in today 4pm , examination and if no infection, proceed wit CC.

I returned at 4 pm, waited for an hr lol then came the procedure , was jabbed 3-4 times. pin- pricked endurable . then the cut , after examining , doctor said I am very lucky so long cannot exposed head but no infection and he prep be for the actual CC

the procedure was quite lengthy , I have a lot of skin and blood vessels. it took abt 45 mins ? the whole procedure the nurses and doctor were gossiping and TCSS non stop lol minor sensation felt when the doctor touched the exposed head. some minor pain here and there. one of the pretty nurses was kind enough to offer a tap on my leg to keep me calm.(PMR=4)

after the procedure , went toilet wash up and then the nurses teach me how to apply cream and dressing.

at home now , pain starts to intensify (PMR=5-7) as LA wears off. looks like theree is some bleeding, will monitor

Thanks for the FR. The first week is the most bothersome but things will get better very quickly from here. As an ex phimosis sufferer, I assure you your quality of (sex) life will improve after the cut!

pain is gone , but still bleeding in one area. very hard to sleep becos I prefer to sleep side ways rather than facing up. scared turning movement will cause more bleeding grrrr...

day 2 :

woke up early prepare to go back doctor for examination
still see traces of blood and considerable swelling.

1pm at doctor, went in a room and let a light shine onto the didi. doctor said this can accelerate healing then he did a visual check. conclusion: so far so good. note = each return consultation is 64 dollars

going back monday again

no more pain day 2 stopped taking pain killers , bleeding minimal. troublesome part is whenever after peeing need to apply cream and wrap with dressing.

also the clinic need not provide tape, so the dressing cannot stay long and always drop out. bought 3M dressing tape and tape it to body

no major discomfort except the tingling feeling when head touches clothing

hi bro ugly doll,

guess we went to the same doctor, hang in there, first week is the worst, but it gets much better after stitches removed. Time flies, its now 3 weeks+ for me, no action for me so far, doctor said im slower healing. Scar line still feels a little tender to the touch,still got to wait another 2-3 weeks before dare to resume action. One bro mentioned 6 weeks for his. i wont be surprised if i got to wait till week 6 too.

Did my final review last saturday and there's no need to go back anymore.

day 3 and 4
I am a slow healer as well sigh. still some bleeding at the right side. also swollen did not go down much

no more pain able to walk normally just had my 2nd appointment , 15 mins of a light shining on my didi. doctor said should be better by Aug 9 . WED another appointment

sat will remove stitches according to the taller chio nurse. (she likes to tap yr leg to give u comfort

)

still dislike the need to clean and apply cream after each pee , because I go toilet quite often
