Quite interesting to note that Globe/Smart Buddy and Smart Pinoy topups are available quite easily around Spore these days.

Quite easy to send loads to your gfs in Phil. Thats what i do when i like someone...

So just look for a "load na dito" buy a top up and send to your girls... and surprise them... Only if you wanna do it...

actually the load been available in lucky plaza for donkey years.... now they add the pasa-load where you sms the load pin +phil number to a singapore number and the load gets to the philippine number. ..

I prefer to load myself using pasaload that to send the pin/number as most likley the latter will end up in her boyfriend's phone or sold ...

You need to use your cel operators access code to get idd, then the country code of Philippines and then the cel number of Philippines minus the 0.
For example if you are using True and you want economy call, its 00600639289447777. 006 is economy access, 0063 is idd to Phillipines and 9289447777 id s the cel number minus the 0 from 09289447777.
But of course if money is not an issue, Try +639289447777. Works with any operator. Cheers. Considering there are people who tip 2000p a girl after a barfine, +63 is not a problem.

Regarding sending load from Singapore to Philippines, I use an IDT Tawagna Card value $10 but cost me $8 from Lucky Plaza.
I can choose to send to Smart (15, 30 or 60p), Globe or TM (25, 50 or 150p) or Sun (50 or 150p) by a simple dialing process. Most cost effective method so far.
If you have set your Smart sim to roam in Singapore and you can receive txt, you can be asked for load by your girl even if she is zero balance. She dials *80809289447777 and you will get a sms asking you for 5p load. Can only be done once a day.
But a word of advise, do tell them that you can only send when you have available load. So they will not pester you non stop.

Actually I can afford the losses but its an IRRITATION when I have to replace my IDs. Anyway nowadays, its a wallet with less then 800p and photocopies of necessary IDs. 3 pieces of 1000p notes folded and squeezed into a smaller waist pocket AND cheap cels when i am in AC.
Of course my Smart Money ATM credit card in case I need more. Smart Money helped me get money when my wallet with ATM card was stolen cos I can use my sim to manage my account and withdrew money at a Smart Centre at SM Clark.
