Something like this would be nice, the 22sqm sea view studio starts from only 50K! lol
But a weeny bit too tiny, around the size of 50sqm onwards would be more ideal.

Hahahaha...... my house only cost 368 planks of wood + 300000 bahts of contractor fees , cement, pillars, roof tiles etc etc.....1 plank of wood cost $ 12 .....cheap ornot ????

Nah, you are unable to find seaview apartment in Bangkok. You got to travel quite a fair bit.

Yeah mate, probably the outskirts of bkk but near bts and few stops to reach town.

More cost effective and away from the hustle and bustle.

Hahahaha......you har......my house only got 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 1 very big living room .......need so many planks of wood because the walls and flooring all wood lar.....hehee......
