Wechat scam!

This is a scam alert for those who are fishing on Wechat. My bro just been scammed by a gal claiming to offer bj & fj to pay for fine & hospital bills. He was invited by her to her house, but 1 minute after he paid the money for bj and took off the clothes, a guy barged in the room acting very angrily. He claimed to the brother of the gal and making threats to my bro. In the end, he demanded $1000 for "compensation" . My bro negotiated down to $500 and paid it.

I told him to report to the police because this is obviously a scam. But he's too afraid of testifying because he not sure if they recorded any video of him.

He can't show me the gal's Wechat profile and chat history anymore because the gal's "brother" demand him to delete them. Again, a clear sign of scam. What are they scared of??

Anyway, the gal's name is IVY (if that's even true). And her house address is, 503 Tampines Central, #05-295. Beware...

CRIME ALERT– INTERNET LOVE SCAM

There is an ongoing spate of internet love scams where internet users are propositioned by perpetrators, believed to be foreigners, who would befriend them online on dating or social networking sites.

2 In the course of the online conversation, the victims would be enticed to perform sexual acts in front of their webcams. The perpetrators would record the acts without the victims’ knowledge and then threaten to circulate compromising photos and videos of the victims in order to extort money from them.

3 The Police would like to encourage internet users to adopt the following measures to avoid becoming a victim to such scams:

a. Exercise caution when dealing with unknown persons “befriended” through the Internet;

b. Never put yourself in a vulnerable position or give personal details about yourself when interacting with other internet users;

c. Do not remit or transfer money to unknown persons; and

d. Inform the Police immediately if anyone attempts to extort money from you.

I have seen this address before posted on the wechat. Better ignore it. I heard the bro just come out from the police's custody not long ago. Obviously may have dubious and criminal backgrounds. Going to a flat is odd practice. I think someone had told me that it should be the same girl asking another guy to go to a certain hotel in Geylang to meet her inside... luckily he never went there.. but need to take caution of this gal.

This samster bro said most likely the Ang-Gong "brother" relented cos he did not show any fear and can even take him on - be it call police or settle by fight. Seems like this samster bro also got "liao" one. In fact, the whole scene was secretly recorded by him!

Anyway, after the ordeal, the wechat kena blocked and steph_2705 changed photo right away. Now this bro still trying to get her to do her part of the deal but she not responding.

Hey, I just showed this post to my bro, and he said this was exactly what happened! He didn't want to fight with that ah beng because he not sure whether he was recorded in the room and if the gal was underage.

I'm damned pissed off that he let them scammed off few hundreds for nothing. I'm considering hiring PI to record evidence and report to police. These scums deserve to be behind bars. Any ideas?
