Help:Penis foreskin

I didn't really pull my foreskin and wash at all which many people will say it unhealthy until today after i see a doctor there are alot of white little dot are surround my penis behind the foreskin. He did told me i have to wash away those white spot in case next time might get skin cancer but super painful lei.. Any help pleasE? paiseh ar abit asking newbie question..

Sorry mate, am not being able to help you in any regard as I am in trouble quite the other way round. The thing is during my childhood due to some medical emergency my foreskin of the penis had to be operated and now I do not have it. I have been married for more than 2 months now but I am yet to explore the fantasies of vaginal sex. Whenever I try to take my penis deep inside her vagina there are problems! Now I seriously feel that this is due to the fact of that operation of the foreskin! So I would like to hear from you all if my doubt is real or is this purely due to lack of experience?

Am surprised that your doctor did not recommend a circumcision... it would take care of the smegma and infection that u have described.

You were not very specific with the 'problems'.... but here is my 2 cents worth.

Sounds like you are going thru anxiety attacks.... please don't attempt to try out all your fantasies within the first year of marriage..... its suppose to last a life-time

The next time out.... just relax, have soft music, a little wine to chill out, get hot and steamy with lots of foreplay.... encourage / allow CIM. Then for the 2nd round, you put extra effort in cunnilingus till she is ready to take your manhood. Don't rush in like fools do.... slide it in cm by cm and start to explore the emotions together...

Think your only best solution is to go for a circumcision bro. I am also have this problem of white spots on the head but with a little washing can go off. Will be also planning to have the cut soon so that will be easier to wash it up in future. As for the pain of pulling your foreskin, you'll get used to it sonner or later just that you might feel a little uncomfortable initially.

please go for circumsation. i have the same symtom during NS time. THe medic asked me to go circum and i did.


they make you sleep during the operation, very painful after you woke up, you have to endure for 2 weeks or more.

and dont pull out the thread...they wll drop by itself.

WHat i think u meant is the white little dots presists although u tried to get rid of it? I dont think it can be remove w/o causing hurt to your penis. U have to live with it but don't worry, i dont think it will cause skin cancer? If that's the case majority of guys kena liao

Since some1 ask abt foreskin prob here i also wan to ask: i always have my foreskin covering my penis and even when i erect my foreskin wouldnt roll down but i still able to fuck wif ease(wif condom, i havent had a raw sex till nw)...

Make an effort to roll down the foreskin on a daily basis to wash your dickhead.
Rolling it down often also helps to stretch it. I had a tight foreskin when young too but in my late teen years... I managed to stretch it enough to get it to roll down easily. Don't give up!

Agree, make sure you clean when you bath. Personal Hygiene. After some stretching, it will not hurt anymore.
