Conspiracy by Singapore petrol kiosks to make people buy more petrol? Dunno why all the petrol kiosk electronic pumps nowadays will also pump some dense water vapour into the tyre. Maybe it's lousy design or poor maintenance, worse, deliberate . Just hold the nozzle to face, press flat tyre function and see how much water is inside the pump is sprayed vz nozzle.
