Pay structure for MP Viets

I recently visited a viet lady from a MP, listed online for 100 per shot. Gave her some tips, and continued to RTF.

I asked how how the MP boss pay them, but she is not willing to share.

Any bros (or sis) know? Curious here.

Because not unionize so different spa owners will have different ways of paying the ladies.

Got monthly target based, hit target get X% eg 30% of entrance fees, never hit get 20%. Tips you keep

Got 0 pay based or $5 per entrance based. Tips you decide and keep

Got some say cannot collect more than shop SOP Tip amounts. $100 means $100 cannot tell customer $150

Then got other costs to MLs involved.
Some have to pay full or co-pay levy themselves.
Some shops advertise bear full cost, some make MLs pay the advert costs, some lump sum collect $X per month per ML for adverts.
Some ask MLs advertise themselves
