I did my research on this topic and generally see people suggesting delay sprays + cialis/viagra to help or doing lots of Kegels and learning more about your own arousal state to identify when to slow down and calm yourself down.

It is definitely an issue though if you fire off within minutes of insertion as it leaves you feeling unsatisfied.

I only had experience with my wife previously and can last 10-15 mins without any issues but my past few experiences with FLs humbled me when I shot <3-5mins each time.

I also encountered similar experience to u. With wife can last 20-30 mins until wife very sian. With ml/fl it depends on how many times i have done it with her but first time either damn fast or cant get it up. I am pretty sure it is a psychological problem.
