My first day/time in Jakarta. Finally checked into my hotel in North Jakarta after hellish traffic and dinner appointment.

Made my way to Alexis, the most expensive but also the surest thing.

These are the updated info:

Local: 1.15-1.25 million INR
International (Vietnam, Thai, Chinese, Mongolian, Uzbe, etc): 2 million INR

Service
- 30 minutes pool experience
- 1 hour in-room FL

TIP: Apparently, pool experience with the girl close after 11pm. So if you pick a girl after 11pm, you can get her for 1.30 hour but no pool.

Their Korean stock just went back home. So currently no Korean or Japanese in stock.

My rule of thumb: no Vietnamese, Chinese, nor Thai because I can get those girls cheaper in Singapore for similar look.

One nice Uzbe girl, one nice Polish, and one nice Mongolian. These are intriguing despite their 2 million price tag because it cost a bit more if you pick them up from Brix.

While there are couple intriguing locals, none stood out enough to draw me in yet. Will try to check out couple other places tomorrow.

quality is about the same, travel would have more choices because there are two areas with where you can just choose the girl.
classic terminal there are level 2 and level 5, quality roughly the same but if you want to go to different level you get charged minimum fee.
I think its around 25k-35k.
there also classic spa in the underground that have some chinese and local as well but the price is more expensive.

Just walk in, the girl is sitting on the sofa, no need for album.
If you see someone you like you can ask the mamasan for the girl.
The girl is grouped and marked with the dress/uniform color, each mamasan will try to push for their own girl of couse.

price is roughly 315-325k.

ah I misunderstood what you mean by one night stay at the hotel.
usually the spa charge 3 to 5 times the regular spa charges for take out.
I think it's better for you to ask the girl to come to your hotel after their shift end instead.
As it is a massage join, they usually roughly around 11pm.

btw if you are visiting orchard you can try their ktv too.

Went to Malioboro today. Here's what I found.

Customer Service in the lobby is terrible. Sucked it up since I already got there. Got the bracelet and in effect, agreed to pay 125,000 INR 'entrance' fee.

Went up to second floor without changing since I want to get a look at the girls.

Bunch of dancing girls on the stage. Remind me of Soi Cowboy in Bangkok...and no it's not the best analogy since I don't think much of the quality of girls at Soi Cowboy in general...with very few exception at one gogobar.

Mama-san came. Seems like there's division between local girls mommy and 'international' mommy.

Asked about "korean" so was handed over to int'l mommy.

Mongolian, Thai, Uzbek, Russian, and Chinese are on offer. 1.75 million INR for them. Found out later that certain Chinese are 2 million INR.

One intriguing looking Russian...one of those mixed Russian/Korean mix. The rest of teh int'l girls are couple notches below that of Alexis.

Several Thai girls looks like transvestite to me. I'm pretty well-trained to spot them out living in Bangkok for 12 years...although some of the best ones in Thailand did elude my detection.

However, these look a bit more obvious with their prominent brow-ridge, overly strong jawline, etc. If my suspicion is true, that's 1.75 million INR for the crying game experience.

Asked to see locals. Again a notch or two below that of Alexis.

However, I spotted 2 Chinese who are definitely better than the best ones at Alexis...when asked about them...that's when I found out that those are the 2 million ones.

One of them is MCOT. Unfortunately, she was puffing away at the ciggies looking pretty bored. Surprisingly many of the girls just puffed away...a big difference from Alexis where their girls cannot smoke in front of customer (altho some of them smoke privately I'm sure).

My biggest pet peeve is bad breath and a good number of China girls tend to have it. Bad breath plus ciggy can get my LB from hard to soft in less than 6 ms.

I would've chosen that one if not for the smoking.

In all, I'm not impressed by the famed Malioboro. What surprised me is how much they're charging for the software they offer. While their pricing is on par with their chief competitor (Alexis)...the quality of their girls and facility are a notch or two below.

It goes without saying I didn't partake today also.

Mstar is quite good, there are two type of girl the 300k girl and 500k girl.
I haven't been there for a while though so the price might went up a bit.
you need to be there before 7pm to find the gem, after 7 pm usually all the girl girl is taken already

usually the 125k is the spa charge that will be waived if you take a girl.

maybe you can try emporium spa, it's a branch of alexis.

Obviously you are a newbie. Always prepare small notes for cab fate. Rule of thumb when having foreigners as pax is not to give back change as balance is considered tips.

Another stupid thing I saw a guy did was to videotape the girls at Classic using his smartphone despite politely warned him not to. He was lucky to be able to buy a new handphone without getting bruises all over his body.

Crazy things that people do at these sort of establishments....safety first !
