Back from Batam on Friday. Intended to write an FR on Saturday but was down with diarrhea and fever for 3 days after eating at Utama Foodcourt on Thursday night.
I have been eating seafood at OKI and A1 foodcourts for so many years without any problem but eating at Utama Foodcourt is only my 2nd time and what the shit I get!!! I SMS my gal and she said that she also keep vomiting, see doctor on Saturday morning and until now she is still unable to work.
We ordered crabs, sayur raja, fried prawns and fried oyster from stall no 338 or 838, can’t remember. My gal said that the crabs meat is abit hard, not fresh and got “bau” (smell) after eating so she stop eating but I continued to eat without thinking that I will get into trouble. But I think oysters are partly the caused as it is almost raw….
So all bros, choose the right stall if not, you will go like me. So unlucky……..
Now bad luck aside…… About gal booking rates.
I went to Sedona and booked my regular gal and just paid papi Rp300K pretending not to know about the increases. The papi also keep quite but later to my surprise, my gal actually asked the papi not to increase the booking fee for me. Waooo... where to get such cewek.... Really happy but got unlucky... hahaha......
So I am sorry for not able to tell how much is the increases for booking of gal at Sedona. Hopefully other bros who has booked the gals on this few days can provide the infor. But Hotel Lai Lai has increased the standard room from Rp175 to Rp185.
So much for the time being….. just recover from my sickness, not much mood to write………

Sedona... From my experience with them, they have some of the most reasonably priced girls. Excluding my last girl (who provides exceptional service) from there, other girls that I've gotten from them give reasonable level of service. Of course, I'm not a super old timer myself, so I don't pay an old timer price. Nearest hotel will be Batam Star Hotel (which I stayed at frequently and which is just in front of Sedona), Hotel Lai Lai and Bahari (I think). As for getting to Sedona, best is to just take a taxi from Habour Bay and tell them to bring you to either hotel listed above. If you asked the taxi driver to bring you directly to Sedona, your booking price will be inflated to include his commission. Taxi at Habour Bay official counter will quote you 40,000 and most are not willing to lower their price. Just walk on towards the exit. Along the way, you will get taxi drivers approaching you and these are the ones willing to nego with you. From HBB to Sedona, I normally pay 20,000. May not be the cheapest but as someone in the same trade, have to let others earn a bit also lah. Or, if you don't mind motorbike, just take the motorbike taxi (known as ojet) and most are willing to accept 10,000 for 1 destination.

Ok, jokes aside... Are you actually there already? If not, then I suggest that you delay your trip for another 1 oe 2 days. Or better yet, contact bro ndnd as we have a group trip on Thursday and if you can, just contact bro ndnd and see if he can squeeze you in. If you are in Batam already, I'll leave it to others to help you lah...

Precisely... To be honest, before I embark on my virgin trip to Batam, I read the entire 650+ pages. Well, I know its 1000+ pages now, but you get what I mean. Either you abort this last minute trip, do your research and plan your next OR you invest some money and let the taxi drivers show you around. I would choose the former if I were you. Even if we tell you... Ok, go to Sedona (now Gold Bird) and look for this papasan .. There is no guarantee that you will get your type of girl at the price that some seniors here pay. Even I am such a regular cust of Sedona (until the girls of Sedona, the neighboring shops and hotel also know me) also have not got those preferential pricing yet. Best is to have someone with you to help with the nego etc with the joint.
