I think its relative and depend on the timing.
If you come in the right time where they have all the good lc available, you can find good LC in any KTV.
I know V2 have some good LC, illegals as well but I haven't been there for a while, 36 usually have good selection as well.

Suncity should have some as well, but I have not seen their stock, as last ime I went there we bring our own girl
