Tks for d update. Although wat phnom is famous for being a notorious place, I still prefer to bk gals fm tis place becoz its cheap, only usd30 for LT. Moreover i dont need to pay barfine. And d gals r pretty n syt too. Tis place is unique n give me d thrill of walking around n to choose n bargain.

One place i havnt go is around d jap bridge. I heard theres freelancer there too.

Most hotel gal-friendly lah, as long as you don't walking in nosily & shout out loud in hotel lobby & say: HEY! THIS IS MY GAL COMING INTO MY ROOM!!! ALL PLS SIAM & MAKE WAY FOR HER!
& yes, Da ART HOtel is galfriendly
