My guess is that each color is a different business owner and have different mommie. The hotel is just an exchange where different mommies set up shop, and they give the property owner a cut of their earnings. So the girls pay their mommies, and the mommies pay some to the hotel for letting them do business there. So all mommies are competing with each other. Basically its a meat market.

1st Time (3some)
