Confrim NO if you referring to Charlton Hotel btween Bugis & City Hall MRT.....maybe it might not look it but it is a 4 star hotel......prepare to pay $200 plus to $300 for a normal room there

It is so nice and classy.
My girl don't want to go to those cheap hotel.
Even Hotel81 new one also don't want.
Forget about doing it in the bushes la.
