well i have some friends who used to be old-timer in the force say at least 30 years experience....

one told me this, well this days no doubt all the officer have the intelligence up in the brain but they will lose out in terms of field intelligence which is what is happening in sillypore.......... too much emphasis on paper qualification ..........

look at the dunking case in commando ... this always happens but why make a big hoo-ha ..... how to train commando if they are not given tough training ...............
