Whether it’s the fault of the house.

Have 3 months window period.
Case by case basis.

For eg wh10 in 2008 or 2009 iirc.
Gal in question already in sg more than 1 year.
So end up house shut down.

If gal ganna in their home country during the window period then not the house’s fault and thus will be unfair to shut the house down.

i think they should be checked regularly, i mean we paid them with quite lot ammount
