Re: The one you marry, is not the one you loved most?
In order to solve this problem, maybe they should allow us to have more than one wife.
This will definitely reduce the divorce rate and create net happiness. =) Not too much, 2-4 wife will do |

a guy only loses when he invests feelings. It does not apply to money and time.

Re: The one you marry, is not the one you loved most?
precisely, so throw in money first, then spend time on her.
Lastly, then invest your feeling. I think it would be best to find someone who loves you more than you do. In order to achieve that, we cannot be nice to them all the time. Sometimes we need to mistreat them to let them know. They need to earn our tender, love and care |

Re: The one you marry, is not the one you loved most?
Aiyoh...why so much negativity? I married the woman I love most and still deeply in love. Had 2 kids and still very united in the family. In my opinion, where your treasure is, there your heart will be as well. If you sow time, love, effort and money to support all that, love will never die.
But even though the person you marry ends up not what you wanted, than both should work together to make it work than give up and look outside. Marriage is beautiful and its like our skin. You need to upkeep your skin to stay radiant else it will turn yellow and shaggy. Likewise, we need to maintain and upkeep our commitments. Commitments are not limited to money only but also love, communication, affection, romance, time spent and of course sex. Nevertheless, temptation always lingers at the corner waiting to pound on us every single time. So we have to guard our gates like our heart, eyes, and mind. Placing the one you love as first position in your every decision is key to protect ourselves. But if once the love is gone, it will take us double or even triple the effort to get it back. So easiest task, just maintain and upkeep. **Above is solely my personal view and opinion and commands no implication and reference to anyone else. Any similarity is pure coincidence... |

Re: The one you marry, is not the one you loved most?
hi, i am one who married my wife who i did not love the most. I cared for her and the responsibility of a husband to her. However, i didnt have the interest in having sex with her. Everyday is just boring and sometimes i will kick a fuss out of something very small. This is simply not fair to her. I knew that i am an asshole. A man that she dont deserve. Even though i do not love her so much, i show enough care and will try my best to get whatever she wants. I knew her as a colleague and we had been married for 11years. during these 11 years, i had all my fun and best sex outside the house. I partied hard whenever i am outstation. Finally, after all these years; i finally pick up the courage to ask for a divorce. All hell broke out, however she managed to cool down and accept the fact that i didnt love her anymore. I feel really bad, i let her and her family down. However, neither me nor her should live another 30-40years in unhappiness. So now, i am a divorcee and single again. My advise to all bros is; never marry the woman you dun love or just like only. Make sure that woman can understand u and whenever you are with her, u felt loved, care and happiness. That is what i missed from her all these years.

Bro, this is almost exactly my situation. With the only changes being that i am not screwing around outside and that she is wonderful to me. Which leaves me feeling like a total asshole all the time. All i want is to be able to love her but for some reason i dont think i do. But at the moment i am still trying since its only been 2 years of marriage. |
