Hi bro, which way is preferred to carry money to Jakarta?
1) Change SGD to IRD at Singapore and carry IDR to Jarkarta
2) Carry SGD to Jarkata, and change to IRD at Jarkata
3) Don't carry cash. Withdraw SGD/IRD from ATM at Jakarta. Which bank ATM is preferred?

IDR2 million cash a day for food and transport and massages. Bring one credit card for Alexis / Malioboro.

I never withdraw from ATM. The bank has the worse rates. But you still need money upon arrival so you need to change in SGD.

Depends how much you want to change. I normally go to VIP in Jakarta. http://www.vip.co.id/. MUST be early. The q that might takes you one hour if go later than 930am. I believe is the best rate in town

alila is walking distance from emporium spa and ktv.

Just want to let all you guys know, that some of these clubs really are not customer friendly.
Here is a situation that happen last weekend, my guests was at Marlioboro spa; and my staff was taking care of 6 six of them.
I am not clear on what happen that night for sure, but all I heard from my staff was that a girl rejected one of my customer in a rude way.
So I came back to settle the matter with Marlioboro's management,
And this is what shock me............their answer was......in not so many words was (whatever it is {the girls mistakes} we had to just let it go:
because the girls as they are.....from the kampung lah....low education lah....blah blah blah....and in the end what anger me most was that instead of admitting the gril's fault, their answer was "please find a different girls"....
The management's stands was that they will not risk reprimanding the girls, in fear they might leave.
I am so malu, thought that Marlioboro is a place where you can bring you guest with a piece of mind, but it seems it had changes for the worse...
In my most humble opinion, if we do not get the support of the venues, why should we support them, as there many other places that are happy to service us better.

Agreed. Clubs in Indo generally not great service, usually just OK. Management won't reprimand or force popular girls to go with certain guys since they are money makers and don't want to lose them. Not like Dongguan (RIP) sauna or KTV where strict rules and girls must go with every customer. Miss DG but where else to go now?

By settling what do you expect to achieve? Monetary compensation? Written apology?
By your words, I believe the management already apologised and asked you pick another girl.

I have been with clients to Malioboro many times before with no unpleasantness. Maybe she had a bad attitude..maybe some other thing happened. In this industry..its best just to move on. Malioboro has been around for a long time. If all their girls were bad it would have closed down long ago.

Surely I would feel angry too as you did but best to let it go and move on. Many other options available.

FYI........The management did not apologised, They gave excuses here and there....and in the end told us to pick a different girl next time.
