Well, website is down but still can go direct to the 141 or 161 outlets :

For Kowloon side, you can try places like,

At TST : National Court at TST(240-252 Nathan Road, facing main Nathan Road), Comfort building (86-88 Nathan Road), Observatory Road near Kimberley Road (No. 4,6,8,10,12 blocks..4/5 storeys block)
Champagne Court, Blk A & B (18 Kimberley Road) - Court Blk A, 7th floor are good.

At Jordan : New Lucky House at Jordan ( No. 13 Jordan Road, exit MTR B1)

For Hongkong Island :

At Causeway Bay area : Fuji Building at 381-383 lockart Road, and
Hop Yee Building at 474-476 lockart Road.
At North Point area : Maylun Apartment (23 Shu kuk Street)

Just visit the above buildings..(some floors might be office / residences), go to those floors where you can see their doors with colorful stickers and red light..ring the bell to see the stock..be brave..heehee

National Court needs to register at lobby with your HKID or passport since 1 mth ago...i guess its ok for pple with passport..no one will call you up..

Thanks for the information, have not been there for 2 to 3 months..so maybe they change the regulation. Then I supposed those WL will gradually move out soon..

Looks like as what brother k123456 said, the website of 141 and 161 is down. Not sure of the reason behind but it could be the influence of the China government as they banned these site in china.

However, the following site are still active, use it while still available.
