but it always seems to be that both teams high n lows in the last few years are very similar. whenever LA Lakers is doing well, Liverpool will do well also (or vice versa).

Old habits die hard...... Liverpool are going for Chelsea's Daniel Sturridge and offering £15m for him...... is he worth that much?

I think its a waste of money.

Isn't Bolton in the Championship? Andy Carroll came into prominence as a prolific scorer for Newcastle when they were in the Championship too. Top scoring talent in the Championship does not mean they can succeed in the BPL which is a different ball game altogether. Dun mean to be sarcastic but G Johnson, D Agger, M Skrtel or maybe even J Carragher could turn out to be our top scorer if we are playing in the Championship.

Championship matches are often high scoring unlike the BPL where defences are pretty mean and stingy.... that's why I prefer to bet on Championship matches as the games' outcome are easier to predict.

He definitely isn't worth 15m.

But I dun mind taking achance with him if he comes for 6m or less.

If you have noticed recently everytime Liverpool shows any interests in certain players , suddenly you will see the asking price will be doubled. I would like to see Theo Walcott joining us from the Gunners. He has got the speed. He can play as a winger or as a striker . Tactically he is very sound.He sure would fit into BR's plans.
