PP KTV - I assume you mean Phnom Penh Hotel KTV, the last time I was there we were with some VVIPs from Laos. They took 3 PRCs and quoted were $200 for the night which they paid without blinking an eye. But this could have been inflated since they were drinking and partying like its free.

A couple of bros who were here this week went to Paris Hotel to try it out but came away empty-handed and disappointed. They went around 10+ and it could be the reason, that's the peak hour and could be all the better girls are at work.
