I was working there that is why I stayed there for 3 years.

I work there less than a year eons ago then on n off shorter trips for more than a decade to different parts mainly in Mumbai or within the Maharashtra state.

Penang would be better in this aspect but there can jog meh? not many places with good pavement. And the Malaysia my second home visa changed alot v recently.

Taiwan is v beautiful and extremely friendly n lovely people plus chiobus for u. I am not sure what long term visa u need but its always this big question on stability with China.

Guangzhou has countless chiobus n good food. but I hv no idea how u can get a long term Chinese visa.

I am not well off like u la so no houses else where, maybe retire in those old age flat they gov is building? lol

ok I have a genuine jogging question. When you are feeling v fatigue n stressed, u force yourself to go out to jog, hoping to clear the brains abit. Does your heart rate goes alot higher while you jog your usual pace? like if your heartrate is usually 140s at jog but it goes above 160 n you are panting n need to slow dwn.

and no i didn't see a handsome to cause that

Wow, guess im not the only 1 here focus on personal stats. Well done Sis, im impressed.

U said it urself alr. Stressed and fatique. Ur body is underperforming and yet u choose to push for ur normal pace. Heart rate sure shoot up to match ur performance.

Yes u should worry if u realized that this happen for the next few run u did. Try slow down and monitor every 1km u run so u dont hurt urself.

For me, i will go for a walk instead of jog then stop at a location with more tree or greens to get some fresh air and clear my mind before continue or head back home.

I follow what Coach Bennet teach. I let my body lead the effort. So if I want to do an easy run then I do an easy run.

But my easy changes every day la. Like today's easy is not the same as yesterday's easy. cos yesterday is Monday so very blue. Today less blue but today more tired.

I tried looking at stats as I run but ..... not motivational any more.

Sometimes I wanna run hard so I just run hard. Then I can surprise myself that I finish 5 km in 28min 20 sec. To an old man, this is a good achievement. hahaha.

My great grand mother without all these technology gadgets and modern vitamins is healthier than me.... how do you think she do it? she listen to her body

retire already no need to jog la. Just walk will do. hahaha.

Not a bad idea to retire in old-age flat. smaller house, easier to take care.
