Sourcing outside for all these lower tier artiste/models/cabincrew etc might not always be good.. all you can depend on is reviews from the agent and luck.. better to just go to spa , pick one , build rapport while deciding if you want to go long or not. Well.. when you only have a night or two in Jkt, it's not always easy to arrange privately. And some days we just want to faster tabao.. then go out for drinks/makan together before going back hotel to do the deed for an overall complete experience. All i can say is, every individual has got their own agenda.

Bro Mozeng, If you're not considering to bao them for long term, don't bother finding out how much they earn from each voucher. So per what bro easy3228 mentioned.. usually they would refrain fm making quick bucks and get into trouble with the company.
And about staying in hostels... i know the imports have to stay-in even if they are sick and only once a while they'll be able to go out during their off day. Then once their term is up.. they will be given about a week or two of free time to do all they want in Jkt.
For locals, those that stay in hostel can still get out at night after work if their supervisor closed one eye.
The imports work there "legally". Many parties take part of the charges. The overseas agent, the local agent plus the establishment and the lady. So the imports will not be able to deal directly.
More important, the imports will not be able to find the way from the establishment to the hotel and from hotel back to apartment. (Unless you book a Silver Bird) and wait for the lady to bring her both ways!!! Dont think about. It wont happen

In reality, it is usually not possible to arrange to meet a Malio/Alexis/1001/Emporium/Classic girl privately after her shift, or ask her to meet you on day off.
90-95% of these girls are from villages, and their families owe debts and have contract with the company. They work almost 7 days a week (except when period) and do not have any social life outside of work, and live in the same Dormitory with the other girls. If they are missing they get in serious trouble, and some girls may rat other girls out if missing. They live with a "manager" and are under strict company control. It is seriously a waste of time trying to get one of these girls to come out - just ask if they live in a "mess" (dorm) and if yes, don't bother. If you want her you'll have to step up and pay the 3-5 Juta Dabao fee to the company, no other way.
The 5-10% that can book privately, are sideliners, who do not owe the company money. They usually come from more middle class background, or are typically older (pushing 30s) as they have worked long enough to pay off debts. These girls can come to work as they please, and can make arrangements with you after their shift or day off. These girls are rare, but if you look long enough, you will find a few (I have).
As for imports, they are ALWAYS under strict company control, and cannot go out on their own, except when they have a period. They all stay in the same apartment together, and have a "manager" who stays with them and looks out for them.
