It's simple that if you want to get 1 overnight, better ask your local friend arrange for you. If you don't have any numbers I can give you. However ask your local friends/partners help you to communicate and arrange.

Just reached Hanoi, staying at Sofitel Plaza. Do we get any singapore style HCs here (Health Center)? - Im looking for some 'special' as well after the massage. Can anyone recommend any HCs or some spas where this is available. thanks in advance.

Well, after posting my query I did a search on the existing posts and based on Bro Deptrai and others recommendations , went to the now famous (!1) La Thanh hotel.
Had a very good experience. Paid 100K Dong as entry fee and 300 K to the girl (I forget her name) Girl was very friendly and even gave her tel no. to me in the end. My sincere thanks to all the bros. Before checking the forum, I tried to find this type of spa with the concierge and he didnt have any idea at all! Thanks again.

have been an reading this thread for sometime and thought I should contribute where i can. my first post here so do forgive if its not up to standard.
stayed at Horison and naturally tried Sakura (Cat Linh) on two nights as recommended by the many bros here. Took VIP package for both nights and led to a room with sauna. First night a slightly plump gal in red short skirt (didn't get her name). Had sauna, bath and she caressed my didi for a few times "accidentally" during the bath/massage. However, as i didn't know any vietnamese, it was chicken and duck talk. she asked for VND300k for HJ, but of cos after doing my "research" in this thread, recalled Bro Dep's sound advise on the tip, and so I persisted and only gave VND200k. she looked a bit unhappy, not much gf factor and she was just interested to get it done and over is. That was the first night. 2nd night, I managed to get a petite gal in red short skirt came in (name is tui/thuy something like that), dark skin and A-cup (not really my type) and she was quite playful. Did the routine of sauna and bath, then piano-type massage and she popped qn after a while. she asked for USD50 for HJ/BJ... I refused and told her only USD20 (ran out of vnd), she seemed unhappy and kept saying "u bad, u no gd" (hope i didn't do anything wrong?). Finally decided to try one of those dimly lit Tam Quat (massage) shops along Thuy Khue. Called a friend along just in case one of those shops turned out to be 'black shop' so that there would be two of us to split the bill
 We slid open the door to see four skimpily clad ladies sitting on a sofa who immediately smiled at us as we walked in. The place had a winding staircase up to the second floor. A source told Thanh Nien that there were several members of a city football team present at Friendly during the raid. The players were celebrating their V-League performance and five of them tested positive for drugs, according to the source. According to Tran Quang Vinh, head of the city Police Department’s Drug Criminal Investigation Unit, many people had mixed their drugs into their drinks at the bar. Vinh said the number of guests at the bar – owned by Nguyen Hai Hung, 36 – often topped 500 on busy nights. The authorities transferred several of those detained to local drug rehabilitation centers. According to a police report, Friendly was originally a dance club known as Bien Goi. The club lost its license earlier this year and two murders have occurred at the site in the past.
