depends on number of days you will be using, but I personally recommend sim card.

EG SIM card
KT Sim card

I think EG sim easier to buy and top up. service also quite good. you can message them on Facebook or call them for prompt service.

Forgot to add, EG simcard can buy and activate in changi airport itself before you fly. But its a few dollars more expensive than Korea.

JUST BACK FROM seoul

(to those that can't find exit 5 from the station, next easiest way is to head out exit one and go down the big stairs and turn left. Once you do that, you will see some karaoke and food places. Bust another left and you are pretty much there. (they will be on your right hand side) beware of the grannies along the way. They kept saying to come with them and they will bring me to the young girls and offered as low as 30 000 won. They kept telling me to just see and then decide but I read a horror story about how a dude handed over 50 000 won and the granny started stripping so I walked away as fast as I could.
Cheongnyangni is way bigger than Cheonho but a very different feeling. The girls aren't as aggressive and will just tap on the glass as you walk by.
