Hahaha Sis, run at ur own pace. U know ur body better. Brisk walk is also a good form of exercise see what ur objective at the end of the day.

Just remember to lower stress, eat well, sleep well and run at good weather condition. These will help u to maintain your form while u jog.

Chairmeh, salute! I wanna maintain ur timing when i reach ur age. It is always nice to set a record and in a few years time when u look back u will wonder did u really run this record?

Haha i just achieved my target too...but shortly after i injured my leg...now in recovering...just walk no run...

yeah. same here. I hurt my heels and now I call myself achilles.... weak point is in the heel. hahaha.

I guess I am too heavy for my legs or joints to carry.
