ya...he is a insane.i suppose...consider 1 of the victim in this case.got the contact thru IRC.So try my luck to call & did not answer...few minutes later,she/he call back.She/he then started to talk dirty & then phone sex..sArranged to meet up at 81 ben the next day,waited for 1hr still dun see anyone.keep calling her and always claim that on he way.
