Hi, perhaps I did not phase my question properly. I have read your entire thread. From what I understand, you mentioned that MILF are horny because they lack the qi. Hmm yeah what i was describing was dual cultivation with 2 micro-cosmic orbits being joined together. Never had the chance to try with macro-cosmic orbit, since there are hardly any ladies who practise such skills nowadays. Below the age of 40 anyway. To elaborate on what i was describing, during the session ideally the huiyin would be sealed, and the qua points along the hip bones, to minimise the leakage of qi from the anus and the legs. The mixture of male/female energy would then be drawn into the dantien, and when the ball is vibrating with electicity (opposed to purely hot energy from the male aspect), it would be pushed downwards into the yin core at the huiyin point. This is part of the taoist lei shan dao lineage, and theoretically can bust through the taichi cord that limits us.

Just to share, there's a very clear explanation from the vajrayana lineage, in "Clear light of Bliss" (1992) by Kelsang Gyatso. It's more sophisticated than the mainstream popcorn taoism of Mantak Chia. All these books can be downloaded from scribd, i think, and are all in english.

Oops apologies, misread it.

Yeah, your master is right, if ejaculation is withheld, the channel from testicles to prostate to the tip of the penis can be clogged with seminal fluid, and probably the next day when urinating it'd all come out. I think this is called a retrograde ejaculation, and is definitely not good for the body. The damage to qi is worse than a normal ejaculation.

Hmm for huiyin point, it's between the base of anus and base of testicles, at the middle. Easy to find the point by applying kegel squeezing exercises, and if you use the finger to press inwards, the finger can go slightly deeper than other parts of the tube/channel, right at the point. Don't really recommend Mantak Chia's method of pressing on the point while ejaculating to stop semen from coming out, cos it usually results in a retrograde ejaculation, for the reason your master mentioned.

For the qua, it's at the exact stop the heels of the foot press on, when doing full lotus position, i.e. the middle point of the thigh where the leg joins the hipbone, on both sides of the body. I also feel the reason why some people are skeptical of all of this qigong reasonings is because firstly this society is pretty westernized. Secondly, image plays a part too, i mean u look at TCM, traditional chinese medicine and u'll see that the patients and the doctors tend to be chinese educated and belonging to the older generation. I mean somehow in our education system TCM is not really being promoted. Let's say you go to study medicine and you dream to become a Dr with your own practice. The curriculum here mostly focuses on western medicine and practices, i think if you want to study chinese medicine you would probably need to learn it through some chinese association.

FYI practices like accpuncture are known as alternate remedies. It's just a PC way of saying treatment using old wives tales methods.

Now if only western media could sort of translate or perhaps explain using scientific terms to explain what "qi" is and also explain how blocking of the nerves in accpuncture results in paralysis translating all of it from chinese vernacular to english perhaps then it would in the process gain mainstream acceptance and there would be no naysayers whom think it is just old uncles' talk in kopi tiams.
