Dun worry too much on Mummy's contact. Bring enough USD, walk into the KTV and say, "I want to spend money here" and u will be served like king by the best Mummy in the world. BTW, have not heard of this "nogoya", where is it?

There are a few bars that open early. U can walk around St 51. If I am not wrong, Cat house and Black Cat are open at your mentioned time.
