Recently tried 'Maca' from ZTP medical shop. Quite good but its expensive $80 per bottle (30days supply). Noticed the increase in semen.

Overall good rest and exercise is the way to go.

Just my 2 cents

Hi, maca origin from peru. A root similar to ginseng. Manufactured by la molina. Basically, it's a natural energy booster. I think ginseng can do e same job so you may want to try it yourself to judge. Like i said earlier, it's kinda exp. Anyone have better options pls post. Tks

Maybe due to age(I will be 39 this year), or too much smoking, cannot achieve a powerful hardon since few years ago. The mentalk candy is the new product from one of the local MLM company, that will launch the candy soon. My wife bought 2 boxes (30 candy each) from her friend for $100. Think only can get from the distributor at the moment, maybe can get from "Guardian" in the future.
