This seems to be real as this was reported in today's Straits Times. NYP had also started its own investigation as mentioned in the report.

I think straits time just ruin a person life. There would only be a group of ppl who knows about this....but after coming out from straits time, the whole freaking world knows about this liao. If anything really happen to the gal, I wonder how would the writer feel.

i agree. if the straits time dont cover on this "story" this video might only be known to the online community mostly, excluding the sch [according to someone's post the video was send to the staff n students of nyp]
most of us i suppose would just look at the video, pcc, then forget.
how ever with this "story" reported on the paper, anyone whos not related will also get to know the thing, thus blowing up the matter many many times than it is already bad enough.
sometimes i wonder if reporters really have to write everything that can grab attention from newspaper buyer so much so that leaving out a article for the sake of a person seems so less important.
hopefully not, but if matter gets out of hand the things get blown up, what will happen if she "kan bu kai" ?
this are definitely several points that i doubt reporters ever think of.. sigh
