Looks like it is going to be a tough fight for a top 4 CL place let alone a fight for the title itself.

Although the amount was not disclosed........ insiders say it is 60m euros.
An official announcement is expected soon.

Ya..anyway how much we think a player is worth is definitely incomparable to these businessman.

We say 100mil..they say 60mil..defenitely they are more accurate and sharp.

Dunno how to sign now for his replacement, DS still needs a lot of years...nv like him still...

But are we overpaying for a Croatian defender? Is he THAT good?

Suarez news to bite on.

Barcelona is willing to pay only 60 million while Liverpool is holding firm on 80 million.

Any deal will not include Sanchez as Barcelona is looking to cash on him since Arsenal bid 32 million for the Chile man.

The opening bid from Barca should be around 60m pounds instead of euros but Liverpool is holding up for more. It is expected the final deal will be about 70-80m pounds without Sanchez.

Arsenal has bidded for Sanchez.

Lovren IS good! And he is very versatile too..... he can play across the entire back line and also defensive midfield so from a coaching pov he is an extreme valuable player to have for tactical reasons.
What is more important to signing Lovren is he has that leadership & organisational ability that is so lacking in our current defenders.
Definitely is a MUST BUY player !!

If they gonna get 32mil for Sanchez than Liverpool shd get 80mil for Suarez.....no way Suarez is worth 60mil ban no ban.....if they want him so badly than they shd live with the ban. Henry shd ask them if they smoking pot up there in Barcelona.

Liverpool has Sturridge, Aspas, Lambert, and Borini in the forward positions together with youngsters Yesil and Sinclair.

Will a bid for Huntelaar materialize ? He is 31 next month.

Taken by surprise? More like BR was prepared to sell LS oredi even before the WC began. You should read his blog as he mentioned both he & LS had a heartfelt talk about the player's future and the interest from Barceloona before LS left to join up with Uruguay for the WC.
