room rate applied to the month of ur stay ... not at the time of ur booking ...unless u make advance payment to secure the booking which in this case, it's not possible to do that ...
even when i've booked the hotel room 2 mths ago, i'll pay according to the room rate of that mth when i check out from the hotel ...
