the chinese operator-4.90
indian operator next to UOB bank-4.91
inside PPC facing CK department store-4.92

Tianjin is Boring and if you do get P4P ...it is expensive relative to other cities. lucky last time I was there it was with PRC GF...not FL but one of those young rich bitches whose parents send to Singapore to study and provide everything :-)
