Lovren injury is not serious..... he came back to Anfield as a precautionary measure and should make it for our next game. You can forget about Sakho playing for Liverpool again as I understand that he & BR have breakdown in their relationship. Likely he will be shipped out in January as BR cannot tahan anyone who does not respect him. Maybe that's why BR is targeting Winston Reid of West Ham to come in January and willing to pay £15m for the unknown CB.

Transfer news: Chelsea is expected to launch a £48 million bid for Raheem Sterling.
The one player that is likely to be shipped out in January will be Borini. Liverpool would be stupid to sell RS to Chelsea even if the money is good. RS is the only player who had so far performed in every match he had played. He should look at Torres as an example whose move to Chelsea was a flop. RS's agent is trying to increase his stock value for the player. Seriously I doubt RS would move to other teams. He is getting a lot of game time and he is learning every day.

I think Sakho sealed his fate when he walk out on Liverpool when he was not selected to be on the team. You can't really fault the player as his desire to play for Liverpool is great.Imagine his disappointment when even his name is not included on the bench and his place given to Kolo of all people. Hopefully Lovren's injury is not that serious and hopefully he can play at the next game.

It's normal I guess.
When a club do not spend any money, it irritates the fans and viewers, signing a player doesn't mean anything now, it's really a business run football these decades or so.

It's not like last time, you train the academy kids and nurture them into 1st team players - even the good old Ajax has minimize these since

The thing about BR is that, he doesn't know how to run Liverpool 1st team, he is decent coach...but need few more years coaching a mid table team rather than a top team......yet..

I want Rodgers to ship him out permanently. The problem is, can Liverpool recoup the £18 million they forked out for him ?

Transfer news

1) Liverpool is ready is make Marco Reus the club's highest paid player by extending a deal worth more than £200,000 per-week. Brendan Rodgers has informed the Reds' chiefs he wants the German superstar at all cost.

FOX Soccer has broken the news than Manchester City has approached Borussia Dortmund with a strong interest to sign Reus.

2) Despite not much information on Victor Valdes' medical outcome, it is understood negotiation with regards to his wages has began.

I am afraid BR takes more than he can handle. Liverpool is such a big club. Nobody is perfect and neither is he. Sure his philosophy of playing attractive attacking football is all for everyone to see and enjoy. Currently I can see the U21s there is at least 3 players who can be promoted to the first team. For the U18 at least 2 players. Why do Liverpool need to buy young players when Liverpool have them in the Academy? If you noticed so far the players came in under BR and the so called transferre committee only 2 players have been successful namely Sturridge and Coutinho. The rest of the players no need to say who. Agree that BR is a decent coach but can he help Liverpool to bring to the next level ? Only time will tell. Lets hope the team qualifies for the CL next season.

Sakho is really stupid to make the mistake by walking out on the team. Actually he played quite well in the World Cup I wonder why is he taking such a long time to settle done in Liverpool.

I hope Liverpool and BR get a replacement for him before shipping him out. Another piece of news or rumours is that Chelsea are preparing for a bid on Raheem Stirling.

Actually Winston Reid is not a nobody footballer.... if you have been following the international scene he has been the most consistent centre back of the New Zealand National soccer team since breaking into the team at only 17 yrs old. He is consider as the "Fandi Ahmad" of NZ and that is why Sam Allardyce signed him for West Ham. Current OPTA stats rate him as the best performing CB in the BPL outperforming even seasoned internationals like Cahill, Lovren, Kompany, Jagielka etc. I feel £15m for WR is a value for money buy and a good catch for Liverpool.

Lol. I only follow the 'All Blacks'! Even the amount paid for Lovren is excessive in my opinion. Still prefer skrytel or our mighty ex captain. Sammi hyppia!

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings

England travels to Tallinn to face Estonia and the squad consist of 4 Liverpool players namely Sterling, Henderson, Lallana, and Lambert.

Fingers crossed they return uninjured.

Coutinho was an unused substitute as Brazil beat Argentina 2-0.

Lazar Markovic is injured with a suspected muscular tear as he started for Serbia in their European Championships 2016 Qualifier against Armenia. He is expected to be in the treatment room for at least 2 weeks.

Dejan Lovren injury as been classified as an abdominal tear and will be assessed by Liverpool's medical team in the coming days. It is unsure if he will be fit for the match against QPR.

On a more positive note, Brendan Rodgers is confident Daniel Sturridge will be available for the trip to QPR.

For DS most likely he will come in as a sub in the 2nd half. Unlikely they will risk him from the start.

Rumours that VV contract stalled as VV refused to accept the trail period. VV's agent came put to put the record straight that there was no such offer from Liverpool .

Congrats to the ladies. In fact some of them not bad looking. Now only hope the male counterparts will bring some glory back to Liverpool.

Liverpool Are Set to Sign MK Dons Star Dele Alli in January

http://www.ftbpro.com/posts/sean.mon...lli-in-january

---------

Looks good ....

His 'style of play has been likened to Anfield legend Steven Gerrard'.

... hope we are not overpaying for a youngster plying his trade for only a League One club.
