The supervisor saying the camera cannot be wrong but they made a mistake at the first place how do they explained on tat - the supervisor sais he heard it wrongly n refused to let us see the video

Nowadays I no longer support MBS because their service quality dropped a lot.
Their pit bosses' attitude is very poor

and PROs often seen black faces.

Not many guests ..Ruby Room only open at 6pm onward.

I seen their Paiza Club members lose until playing in lower limit tables

MBS so far so good
have been going there and not being mistreat badly
RWS staff make me sick except for afew chiobu and my poker dua nei nei

recently i have clients want to go RWS i tell them go MBS better

MBS sure better than RWS la...
RWS so stingy, open 60% of its table, there are 2-3 layer of crowd surround the table, how to bet?

The only drawback if MBS is lack of rest space and rest chair, very rock live band(i prefer more asia style), and no much dining area in casino.

i been to MBS for 5 times during weekend, you hardly can to get any empty slot machine anymore, there are la lot of bacarrat table converted to big small, 3 pictures.

MBS did improve a lot, they just started their faebook, football lucky draw. You even can log in to MBS website with your member ID to check point and some sort like wall, inbox function..

I would to say from my observation, number of patron in MBS is a lot more than RWS. I wont be going back RWS and Genting again...bye..

i am looking forward to MBS to change rule of game in Malaysia/Singapore, bring some macau or las vegas style of entertainment offer, bring more benefit to us..

If my observation is correct, MBS is experiencing a big reduce in their customer level now. While RWS is well-supported by local & foreign Chinese, thank for first mover advantage

I agreed. A lot of Singaporeans had stopped going to these 2 SG casinos

If the casino is allowed to provide partial reimbursements through vouchers (in chips or F&B meals), then more locals would be going in.

Been to both Casino... My observation is

Playing at RWS has more home feeling than MBS providing more classic experience.

There are alot of beautiful and handsome dealer @ RWS due to the age restriction to work as a dealer. (Below 35yrs old I heard)

The dealer @ RWS is more professional than MBS from they way they make payment, the way they pick chip, and the way or speed they deal. Maybe because they have well trained trainner from Malaysia Genting? To train these RWS dealer...

The only thing @ MBS attracts me is the Drink they serve.. Lol... Other than that, I'll still stick to RWS.. See Gals got Gals, See boys got boys.. many SYT Dealer to sIaN... haha
