Re: Macau or Zhuhai
I can't say I had a bad experience in ZH, the only downside being LHL. After reading so much about it, the experience (or lack of) was a letdown. Other than that, I thought I had a reasonably good time.

I do not hope to see the day when tipping is the norm like in bkk, when you don't tip, you are the weird one! and then you start to wonder how come your cost for the trip increase... |

Re: Macau or Zhuhai
Well, this is due to Japs and Koreans... their overly generous nature spoil market. Malaysian and SG guys in PRC number too little to have a big impact

Frankly speaking, I'm very against tipping. If the stated price is RMB200, I don't see any reason paying RMB205. You can call me stingy, I dun care.

Re: Macau or Zhuhai
Hi Guys,
I just got to HK is bored to death. Toying with the idea of going to Shenzhen, Zhuhai or anywhere easily accessible from HK. Will appreciate if I can find some answers from you guys: 1) Do Singapore passports need a visa to where I mentioned above? 2) Where should I go if I have 2 nights to spare? Many thanks. |
