Hey bro, i tried to search for u under Agoda website that provide facilities for disabled. they came up with 3 hotels:
-Holiday Inn Resort Batam @ Waterfront
-Goodway Hotel Batam @ Nagoya
-Nagoya Mansion & Residence @ Nagoya

You may want to check the last 2 hotels...
