To my understanding. It is not legal in jkt technically but same as vn...money talks. So your posting is quite funny. No legal in vn but also no legal in jkt..?
I find jkt bigger language barrier personally.
In vn many ktvs (we don't talk very local) have papasan or mamas an can speak English or Chinese or dialect.

For me who knows nuts about berhasa. It's a bigger.
Every place has its own charms.
Jkt Is freely more available for sex openly.
But vn girls are more suited to Chinese tastes because of similarities of looks.
Also the way women thjnk is very different.
So if u ask me...no one is better than another. My 1 cent.

Yeah, I would say that's a fair characterization of Jakarta streets unless you're somewhere like Kuningan. You have to watch where you step since it's easy to fall into an open sewer or twist an ankle, there are low hanging awnings (not a problem for short men) that can take an eye out or leave you with a gash on your head, motorbikes who sometimes use the sidewalk to save time, plus sidewalks can be cluttered with motorbikes and cars which means it's easier to just walk on the street -- which is dangerous. Not to mention the pollution and heat makes walking uncomfortable.

So many transportation options in Jakarta there's no real reason to walk unless it's a short distance. Even then, takin an ojek and asking "pelan-pelan" is probably as safe (and quicker) than being a pedestrian.

You have to consider how many pedestrians there are in Jakarta compared to the number of motorcycles being ridden.

Motorbikes must outnumber pedestrians by a factor of 100 to 1. I can walk busy streets in Jakarta and pass 1 or 2 pedestrians while motorbikes buzz past me constantly.
