Tbh, i am not sure if the detail pricing is per uncle mentioned. But when i told the counter lady boss 1hr, she returned me $12 ($88).
I am sure they have other lower pricing ones but i didnt try ask for lowest price. Since newly renovated, I am sure the boss also want to get back more money by recommending the $88.

When I ask S**a if the boss will not happy if get lower pricing, she hint the boss also want to make money and also prefer customer to take the $88 one. She said 88 is 1 lower than yishun J*'s 89..... 🤔
