OKT does not pay one cent for bringing a WL. The gals have to pay themself for the recruiting fee. Some gals only work for a few months and go back. If OKT paid the fee, they will lose money.

L24M13 OKT provide free food for their WL.

In another situation, for example, House A's rooms are all ocupied, then house A OKT brings his WL and customer to House B to use the room. The house B OKT will get 10. House A OKT gets 60 and 80 for the WL.
